Two Half Marathons in two weeks

Can anybody advise me if it's a good idea to do two half marathons in two weeks. I am doing a half marathon on 16th March and there is another one on the 23rd which a clubmate is keen to do. I think it would be a bit much but my long run would probably be about 12-13 miles anyway. Just not sure about doing two "races".
