Have I gone deaf....

....no it's my earphones falling out again. I use the one's that fit in your ear but they fall out when I run. Can anyone recommend one's that stay in or suggest a way of keeping them in? (My wife suggested nailing them in place, I think she was joking!)

I have used the ones that sit on the back of the head rather than the top and have found these to be v.good, I bought them from Currys or Comet.

The wrap around the ear ones like security people wear are pretty cheap and I think you can get them from most places like HMV, Virgin etc

I'm a big fan of panasonics clip-on headphones - as the name suggests they clip on your ear!
