Reference schedules

Hi,

I'd like to see some reference tabels
to get an idea of how well i'm doing.
Only been running for 3 months though. I clock 30 min 30 sec for 6,5 km,
my age:29. I know i can get a few minutes off and to get motivated i'd like to see some valid data on the issue.

PS: i'd started running to reduce stress and get better idea's,
it helps!

    No such thing as reference tables, i'm afraid. Everyone is different. It is better to compare yourself with yourself over a period of time - keeping a running diary will help with this.

    If you are looking to get faster, try some speed work. There are several articles on this site that advise on how to introduce speed work. That will make you quicker.
