mine are about + or - 2 weeks - it's generally only after i've devoured a whole tin of golden syrup & attempted a few murders that i realise what is up :¬( if it wasn't for the mood swings i wouldn't mind, they don't hurt much, but i occasionally think i'm going to turn into a werewolf (tried antidepressants & they don't help).
I normally feel OK hydration wise during my period, it's a couple of days after, when all that retained water is gone, that I get dehydrated.
<wonders if she spends too much time analysing menstrual cycle....>
advice from my gynae to keep my probs under control was avoid gaining weight, keep exercising regularly, don't be a martyr about pain (I have a variety of gynae ailments)
cheers for everyone advice. Think I'm abit scared of periods still and dont like to go out as I feel people know. Crazy thoughts and cry alot and eat enough to keep america going for a week and all crap, but have been eating little fruit as well. Just eaten jaffa cakes, yummy! Haven't gone running yet but am going to go out tomorrow morning first thing before anyone is up to see how I go. Should be ok as near end bit now and dont feel as bad person as much, or hot!
i havent been running today.Im about 4 days before the lovely torcher is due, and im so tired,hot and hungry! I could eat evrything in the house even though ive eaten so much i feel sick. so im completly with you peahead. Any one got some ideas to stop my sugar cravings? Tried eaten things like plain cashew nuts ( just a small few ) to stabilise my blood sugar levels,havent worked! Tried porridge yesterday morning,lasted for about 40 mins then i could of chewed my fingers off for some dolly mixtures.... HELP.
I think people like us are beyond help lol. I figure that one day I will actually be sick and just start eating again. Glad to be over mine for a month and feel like a different person! my husbands glad too cos he says im like a crazed monkey when im on. glad he loves me!!!

i think i should just go & camp in darkest Iceland for a bit, and pick fights with polar bears.
Oh - and demand 70% dark choc on prescription.
