is it me or are people just taking the pi£$?
first thing this morning a guy comes in with bad attitude and intimidates me and also has the cheek to argue with me. when i suggested somewhere that may help him he turns round with a sneer and asks why i volunteered that company!
then a "witheld" calls I answer and they put down the phone. then it rings again i answer. Can i speak to Mr T? who is calling? such and such charity. Oh - you need to speak with me I deal with all the charitable donations. No i have been speaking to Mr T. i say hold on. put the phone on mute - to have a rant - knowing that Mr T wont want to speak with them. i hear her (reet stroppy loud one) say something that i didnt catch and put down the phone!!

the guy was a right nobby know all. he even said "i suppose john retired a couple of years ago" he'd got my back up so much by then i said with a dead pan face.
no he died three years ago.
