I've got two, Angels and The Hunted. Excellent vids, make the turbo almost enjoyable, but I'm still crap on the bike though. Probably more down to me than the vids.
Got a couple and didn't really use them much - passed them on to someone else and he does use them - if they suit you they are good value and if they don't well it's not that much money wasted.
sufferfests are good...i hate the turbo but because they are structured you can commit to the 50 minutes or whatever and proper beast yourself. i have revolver, angels and hell hath no fury (nothing to do with footage of female cyclists honest)
over at the BCTTT we love em and we have 2 'knights of sufferlandria'...these are two nutters who have done ALL the sufferfest videos in ONE session....conehead did it first and we all laughed...then jibby did them as part of his '24 hour turbo torment' challenge...lol....idiots!!
They deserve their knighthoods
back on topic...give em a try...they are a good winter workout...almost make the turbo bearable for an hour.....almost!!!

some time I took a look at them and never did download. might have another look for some winter turbo fun
they seem to go down well over in Tripetalk
I had one, but never used it. They can be used with TrainerRoad.

Ive just got 'Fight Club' and 'Local Hero'
Havent tried sufferfests, but have a few Spinervals. Good structured workouts if a little dated feel to them.
Are there any of these type of workouts on CD rather than DVD.... I dont have a screen I can use within the vicinity of my turbo
Check out AudioFuel. They do pyramid intervals with music for cadence. 45, 60 & 90 minute options. Recommended.
Ahh right yes ... I have seen those and not remembered

They're cracking. I have a spreadsheet somewhere matching the videos to prescribed power for creating ergo files. That way you can't cheat!
Geek!!
Thing is he'll take that as a complement Sis
I did Local Hero as part of my session last nigh ... a beast of a workout
but i don't have a power meter so it's a combination of perceived effort and HR for me

I really liked The Hunter and Revolver. I just subscribed to TrainerRoad and plan to use them with that after I have tried some of their own workouts.
I would too!!
