Steph, please don't take it seriously. I know my comment wasn't exactly helpful, before you say, it was just a joke.
But on this forum we get a lot of people asking for help and advice, a lot of students wanting help with projects and coursework. And a few people here have a bit too much time on their hands and like to have some sport. A windup can be very funny if it's intelligent and witty and the target takes the bait. Dave's windup here is neither of those but don't take the bait anyway
A high profile sports person would help to promote your sports wear once you've decided on the style range and i know just the man,an ex cyclist who's just been dropped by a popular leading sporting brand.
if you were told to ask certain questions.i take it that was your tutors....maybe your feedback to them can include information that for runners the questions are not appropriate...........they might be for gym users and for exercise class users........but that to assume all sports people are similar is to underestimate the market....one size fits all won't work.
you have asked for feedback and the feedback here is that it isn't really relevant for a proportion of this part of your target market
with the dyslexia.....the spell check on computers and sites like these are a great help in that they can highlight the words you need to relook at.........whilst English is not the be all and end all....when doing surveys and getting customer feedback you will find there is a large proportion of the population who rate these things highly if they are going to trust you.If your target audience is the teen market then its not so important.but if its the middle aged group that frequent these forums then its worth taking the extra time
Steph, I think it would be useful to include a question in later survey about when people are wearing sportswear, are they wearing it go cycling, running, swimming, go to the gym or are they doing some other sport. What would influence a cyclist or runner would not necessary apply to someone involved in another sport.
