Hi, I completed the VLM last week and am looking for a recovery schedule. The problem is I'm also 3 months pregnant. I feel fine and did 4 miles yesterday but just wondering what is realistic over the next few.months. cheers Jo
Can't help on the question as I've never been pregnant, but if you go into health and injury there is a tread about being pregnant and also getting back to running after the birth.
