Can anyone explain how undulating this race is, please? 'Undulating' varies depending on which part of the country the race is in in my experience. Maybe there should be an undulating grading system. Thanks.

    It's nothing major, 1 short sharp hill for 80-100m on each lap 8.5m and 2m, other than that nothing major but the drag up at 22-23m will feel worse 2nd time. Good course in my opinion. I have last years race on my Garmin if that helps?
