I'm new to the forum and "running" (Or pushng...)
Has anyone on here taken part in the great north run while self propelling a wheelchair, or taken part in any half marathon pushing themselfs in a normal self propell wheelchair?
I'm new to it all, but i have been doing bits of training since summer last year sometimes doing between 4 and 8 miles per night
Does anyone have any advise on how to train, others who run normally can still help with general advise. how often to train best foods to eat to loose abit of weight etc(
Also, are there any clubs in the north east (Newcastle area) that go out training that would be able to tag along with on their runs?
