MK Half Marathon & Festival of Running
Looking for a 5K race to test myself out as been out with injury for a while, probably looking to do about 18 mins. Is this a true family fun run or ok for a blast?? 10K bit far for me on present training.

i'm doing the 10k , not done it before so don't know about the 5k , i think min age is 10 years so there won't be tots to dodge
do you run at park run? MK has fast finishers for that around 17 mins and its free

Unfortunately work Saturdays so can't do the park runs. Have entered so will just see what happens and use it as a fast training run.
