Can I check whether we collect our race numbers on the day at the HQ or will they be posted out? I can't see anything indicating either way on the website and am aware that a number of races ask for runners to collect numbers on the day.
Thanks. Will await my pack. Didn't want to factor in extra time for finding and getting to HQ given I am driving over from Telford on the morning.
Shame if your knee is playing up Jamie. Do you know what it might be or the cause? You still have a few weeks to rest it and be fit for the race so fingers crossed.
Hi Guys, and thanks John for submitting info, just to confirm the race packs will be sent out late next week, we are awaiting confirmation as to wether we can use the Llanrwst FC club house for the registration which would be at the start finish area, otherwise it will be at the sports centre. There are approx 200 parking spaces 1/4 mile from the start at Glasdir which is just as you enter Llanrwst travelling from the A55, with plenty more spaces at the sports centre, this information and more will be in your packs. The mud you mention is off the tractor wheels on tarmac roads, the main hill is a 1 in 7 at approx 3.5 miles and lasts 1/4 of a mile. Keep checking the website for race day updates. I look forward to seeing you on race day, dig deep and enjoy!
Hi Doc Pete, I think it might be the good old runner's knee issue unfortunately. Though I have been doing regular strengthening exercises and using a foam roller which has helped, so fingers crossed it'll be OK in a few weeks.
Chris, if we enter online from now I presume we'll just collect race packs on the day, is that correct?
Really enjoyed this run. The course is superb and set in magnificent surroundings even / especially with "the hill" (the special medals were a nice touch and helped keep you going). Organisation of the event was excellent all round so big thanks to all involved.
Great race. If you enjoyed this, North Wales half marathon (also through runwales) is well worth doing in August. Including a run over Conwy Mountain - stunning views up there across the coast to Anglesey, into Snowdonia and down to Conwy Castle. A great place to run!
For those who braved the hill and the weather on Sunday, well done! Some real determination on show, and plenty of relief once up at Llyn Geironydd. Some photos from the course whilst out marshalling can be found here:

I understand that the race packs are being sent out late next week DP
From what I've heard there is no closing date, so I'm sure numbers can be collected on the day if needed.
Having a bit of knee trouble at the moment and still un-decided as to whether to enter or not. Really tempted too though!

Chris Yorke, Race Director.
Thanks Chris. Helpful info and good to know the Race Director is following conversation about the race. Really looking forward to a good day.

Early forecasts would seem to indicate weather will be Ok for Sunday - perhaps a bit of rain, but not too warm and not too windy
Hi, ran the race today. The hill is a monster!! But great race.
Anyone know where we can get the results from?

Even harder than we feared, can't find any results anywhere, may be I dreamt the whole thing!
Results are up now Liz. It was a good race.
