I am surprised at how well the legs held up after Saturday: no soreness, no blisters, no aches. That said I'm not rushing to build miles up.

A'noon.
It's turned out warm and sunny up here this afternoon.
Didn't get job I went for yesterday.
I received good feedback though from one of the people interviewing me.
Been humming away todays song whilst weeding in garden !
Shame about the job Birks, there will be more.
Lyrics: At last, and singularly appropriate. I would have chosen the same.
Yay, got my bike back. Apparently I'd worn out the bottom bracket. There are less technical and more accurate phrases relating to what I'd done to the front mech. The headset was a little worn, and the wheels have been trued. Apart from that it just needed adjusting properly. Anyone would think I'd been using it for the past 18 months.
I think I'll use it right now.
Enjoy Blisters.
Obviously not the right one birks but hope that you don't have to wait too much longer for that one to turn up.
20 miles bike and it's humming like it was new. MUCH better.
Mind you, the same plonkers are still out there. Today's winner of the Plonker of the Day award was a pedestrian who, on an empty road, paced his road crossing perfectly on collision timing with my 20mph aero ride. I could see that we had a constant closure angle from the moment he set foot across the carriageway.
They just don't get how fast you're going on a bike Blisters - the old dears with the walking sticks who see you coming then step out into the road terrify me!
Evening
what 10 ish commute
why bike at work
lyrics stupidly no (googled)
Birks sorry about your interview
Blisters my standard LSR is roughley 21.5 or 15.5 give or take minor detours for traffic crossings. Both follow the ring road but the longer ones peels off to enclose a local village.
Ran 15ish into work yesterday to kick off this campaigns mid week long run element. Took the family off to the pictures straight after work so by the time we had got home and eaten it was too late to surf t'internet.
nice running Postie and biking Blisters
7.25m for me tonight after work as was in Bristol, so late home and no club again.
Take care
Evening
Sorry have been walkabout or busy at work with stocktake and other things.
Dustin just read back Have to say well done a bit of over distance then hope you've recovered now
Wabo Hope Battersea went well
Blisters glad you've got your bike back bet you felt lost without it
Birks Sorry about job
What: 10km cycle
Why have a 10km coming up soon and wanted to see how far and back I would have to go
Last Hard: running none for ages
Lyrics Yes I believe he has done some running in the past
