I did LWJ, well the 1st 8 miles any way. Lots of prob with breathing and HR so DNF after 8 miles. HR started to rocket after 6 and I couldn't get it to drop and was pretty close to MHR before 8 so pulled the plug.
At least you had the sense to do that Gaz. I don't think it's wise pushing yourself beyond your limits. I've seen too many people collapse at races.
