Alehouse - my turn for the sensible head tomorrow. My legs just seem to keep on giving at the moment but after 25 lovely miles today and 73 in the last four days they deserve a break tomorrow!

What: working Why: I'm allowed to though I'm still officially on sick leave, so don't have to do all 4 hours if I start feeling ill Last hard: my commute, yesterday 2hrs 15mins to get home due to the wonderful thing that are the German railways. Lyrics: nope
Pretty wacked from my 4 hours a day, after about 3 I can't really concentrate any more, but I hope it'll come back again soon.
OH I love sailing, though I'm normally on a 30 ft plus yacht. It's how me and my OH met

Lyrics: Yes
Need a major catch up on how everyone is! Will make a coffee I think.
Big few days for me, I left Cape Town yesterday and whilst on the flight had the dreaded 'is there a medic' call. A passenger was fitting and unresponsive. I spotted an insulin pump under her shirt so pressumed she was having a major hypo. Luckily I was right, and a few shite sugar packets on the gums and later coke, she was right as rain. crikey!
Then today, I graduated. was a huge day and extremely formal. But it is all official now. If anyone want to check out photos of cape town or graduation, PM me and you can add me on FB.
training starts tomorrow again (this time officially), shift the few kilos I put on, then start the tri training and move to Devon!
Congratulations Dibs. I had the same thing on a flight back from Oz - received some nice goodies as a thank you from the airline, hope they were suitably grateful to you too!
emzap - that commute would wear me out without having been concussed.
I shall no doubt be doing the same tomorrow AF.
You feeling any better Wabo?
Cooler for us here today chickadee.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.
got home from work and promptly dragged out for a run and a swim. Possibly the last thing on my agenda as I drove home at 6:30 but now thoroughly refreshed and distressed.
Just 3.5 miles then once around the wreck
Don't I could afford this boat (probably about 15') let alone a 30' yacht emzap
