Work was so mundane today, I fell asleep in front of the PC luckily my head did not drop and give the game away. I hate to think how long it took to do one small task. Then one of the supervisors did exactly the same thing but I said nothing.
I've apparently locked up the last joint between vertebrae and pelvis on the left hand side. Some stretches and some ultrasound and I'm feeling more mobile. Got more stretches to do and go back next week to see how it's going. Got to keep mobile but no exercise until after next green Friday.
There was dust cart rage outside my house today. The cart for the green bin arrived at the same time as the cart for the brown bin and the two of them couldn't get past each other and blocked the whole road.
I had forgotten to put either bin out, so they didn't have to watch the mindless violence occurring.
Morning all - my blue bin got blown over last night - and the brown bin (the teeny tiny one!) is now no more as Murray decided it was a chew toy...RIP brown bin.
In work today - we need the money! Turns out the apartment LMF is going to is unfurnished (not even a bed!!) so we basically have to kit out her apartment when we arrive (we're going to vacuum pack her duvet and bed linen over this way and take it with us.)
Had a scare last night on the way home - a massive gust of wind caused the lighty bit of a traffic light to come off its post and crash to the ground just in front of me
I'm so excited for you and LMF, GFB! It's going to be an amazing adventure
I did Parkrun today. Only the second time I've done one. New PB, 3rd in my age category (best not to mention there were only 3 in my age category...) and 11th overall lady. It was incredibly windy, to the point where the wind was hitting me so hard in the fact that I couldn't breath and thought I was going to vomit. So all in all, a horrible run with reasonable results. Could do better in nicer weather
Ours was cancelled due to the winds, it's held in a forest so sensible really. Bins and boxes everywhere, but I've just blasted through the kitchen so the bin is full of out of date food - some of that stuff has been there for three years!
I've managed to forget to put my bin out for two weeks running now. I blame the dark mornings as I rely on seeing neighbours bins out to remind me.
Bloody hell
In mundane news my new job is a lot more chilled out than my old one and I'm liking it. I did have my first animal attack today. Was it a bulldog or a rottweiler, or even a Alsatian I here you ask? Nope ginger tom and the little devil well and truly shredded my hand.
Belated Happy Birthday AliBear I'm sure you looked fabulous in your new coat
I had porridge for breakfast, and lentil soup for lunch. I've spent all afternoon talking to people about emotional eating and trying not to think about the chocolate bar in my bag...
Just popping in, rushing around trying to do lots of tasks and falling asleep exhausted at the end of the day.
Father in Law due home from hospital tomorrow, hence why the running around and doing over 1000 miles in a week in a car that kept being naughty and going into limp home mode.
Missed Horizon programme, will try to catch up with it if possible.
Morning - we've had about 8 inches of snow fall....sitting in work to see if anyone gets in (we have a 4x4 so we got here no bother) 3 cancellations so far but I got 2 of them filled. Hey ho - we'll see how we get on
(I never thought about allergies Bookie...but I did have a man-flu at the start of this so I just think it's just lingering)

I was taught how to pick up a pen today
Well I've noticed you doing it wrong before but I was just too polite to say anything.

Our binmen came down the drive for our grey bin after Christmas, jolly decent of them I thought. We are supposed to leave it at the kerb.
Today I put some glass in the grey bin because I couldn't be bothered putting it the grey box.
My bins got swept around in the winds last night. Either that or they have been dancing together.

Supercaz I am also trying to cut back on processed sugar....we wont mention the 2 cookies that mysteriously disappeared yesterday.
I'm on a very depressing 500 calorie day (5:2 diet) and dreaming of diving headfirst into a pizza *sigh*.
