Club session last night was 6 x 3 mins with 2 mins recovery. Good session on tired legs...35 miles in 3 days.
Heading out for my morning run now and hopefully out again later. Noticing increased plantar pain and increased knee pain so not sure if this plan has legs!!

I managed another 6 miles this afternoon in 43:30 - felt good. I know I am a numpty but I have to see what I can manage. It might make me faster and stronger! I am heeding advice though and after 3 doubles in a row, will take it down a notch and try the same next week. Ultimate goal is 4 x doubles, 2 x singles and a rest day.
Dustin - Which club are you, it is fairly likely I know him. It is a fairly small group who run marathons that regularly. Tried a track marathon once it didn't agree with me.
