Morning.
Lyrics - The heart is a bloom
Thanks guys. Normal service resumed today Lovely sunny morning and a warm, dry day forecast.
Good to see you feeling better about things SC - and getting PBs with beats to spare.
Just to clarify, I have been referred to the pain clinic because the orthopods now thing that my current pain issues may be related to nerve damage so the referral is relatively recent, well, March.
You've been missing again Pammie - how are things?
What: may try a slightly longer easy run
Why: legs feel ready, it's a lovely day
Last hard: being sensible
Last rest: 25/4
Yesterday's lyrics - Morning by Wet Wet Wet.

Morning!
What: short easy run
Why: legs don't feel ready, being sensible
Hope you went well yesterday Joe, and hope MK goes well also.
Take it easy SC!
Lyrics: no
Enjoy your day off, those who get one. Am off to East Midlands later for a spot more house clearing, and may need to do the same mid-week: looks like completion is on Friday. Will wave on the way by LMH, and on the way back!
Morning
What: 4 miles easy
Why: schedule
Last hard Saturday
Another pound has disapeared so all is well
Miles makes smiles.
Progression
What: gentle 2.5k
Why: being careful. Legs a little sore but equally so, especially going downhill. They probably won't enjoy four hours of driving!
It's beautiful here Alehouse, bring your sunnies.
Well done on the weight loss Poppy.
Hope Gobi is having a good one and Joe.
12 easy miles done, recovery seems to be going well.
Happy Star Wars Day.
Mixed emotions here. We knew the young girl that died when a speedboat capsized at Brixham at the weekend. She was a classmate of our daughter for 6 years, and there were floods of grief last night. Many cuddles required. 14 years young, very sad.
Other than that, I did manage to get a bike ride in. The Severn Bridge loop, and once home I took the liberty of throwing in a few hills including Portway, the 1:5 510' beast that lurks outside out back door. I'd got 70 miles before I did the hills, and my total was 80.
Now my wife wants to go for a countryside walk..........up a similar hill.
Afternoon
Blisters - That's so sad so young. Really tough for your daughter too.
LMH am ok surviving work is manic lost our 4th member of staff on our team this weekend so very short staffed
Welshpoppy well one on the weight loss something I need to do
Legs ached a bit on waking up so waited a few hours and then went for a run not far though
What: 1.1 miles
Why: Better than a kick in the teeth
Last hard: that
Lyrics No
Difficult to deal with it any age Blisters but especially when so young.
It is indeed better than not doing Pammie - keep on keeping on.
hard to deal with Blisters esp at that age too
Nice morning out at local Harewood Forest 10k, a delightful undulating trail race, no pressure, just running, 44:30 and a top 15 finish... (would have been good enough for top 5 last year....)
Take care
Sorry Blisters to hear about the young girl who was killed
a close friend died also yesterday she fell hurt her head Tuesday but there was a bleed on the brain and sadly passed away 10 weeks after her husband passed away.
LMH you are racking the miles up.
Well done RFJ on race
Miles makes smiles.
