thanks for the list which now contains 6 people , 4 of whom want to run, it's all looking very promising . Do we just book 2 teams (at the moment) and then sort it out? I don't mind paying up front for a team .........
Quite like the idea of a relay, bike or run though. Not going long next year, so relay would be ideal, failing that I'll hopefully be there in one guise or another
With the Long Course Weekend a fortnight before, I'm not sure if I want to do the whole thing, be part of a relay team (swim and/or bike) or just party at the water station?
Is two weeks enough time between the LCW and the Outlaw?
I'm going for the full Outlaw 2016 - why put off until 2017 what I can do in 2016, ok I'll be oldest I'm my age group but unlikely to hit a podium whatever end of AG
Hmmm - just preregistered - still not made up my mind whether to try again and see if its a bit drier next time! Going to have to do something about my swim though. Wife may well be interested in relay - will talk to her (or get her on the forum and let her talk herself!)
Final day for pre-reg is today. That gives you a much better change of getting in to either.
They haven't announced the date that Outlaw Half will be open for entries yet, but they've said August, so expect it to be fairly soon. The pre-reg will give you a 24 hour head start - but they have a lot of pre-reg (they said 10000 in the briefing at the Outlaw, although that's probably for both events). I made sure I was at my keyboard at 9am on the day the Outlaw opened last year, and had no problem getting in - but it sold out in not far over 48 hours. Outlaw half was as quick, as I recall.
Basically, make your mind up now, rather than holding the decision for when entries open! Good luck!
Just got email this morning saying will get an email Monday with VIP link that will go live 9am Wed for the half, so it's blocked with a reminder in my diary & I will be sitting ready to hopeully get a spot!
I'll be stuck in the Royal Vet College on the Weds with only a not very smart phone so not sure how I'm going to get round that "slight" issue if I decide to go for it

Nope, unless you just do the swim and bike at LCW.
we dont appear to have many doing the race on their own so far, lots of relayers though
And as its due to open this Monday and will sell out quickly, people best get organised or you'll miss out.
I thought it wasn't opening till September?
Half opening soon, Full isn't

entirely agree, don't put it off, with all of us relay people you will have even more support than usual
I'll probably go for the full too.... still not quite 100% sure yet though

For a first timer when does the half open for payment roughly and how long does it take to fill?

I thought you were doing Mallorca, Podds?
Podds - I'm happy to try & register on your behalf if you give me your details?
Just to confirm - it's only the half that is going live next week, not the full.
I'm aiming at Mallorca yes Mouse, demons to bury and kick ass thereof, but may do Outlaw Half along the way
Pre-registered just in case
Will have a chat with Mr P this weekend to see what his plans are and then make some decisions...........
