I have been reading about pasta for running etc and people say whole wheat pasta is good. When I go to the supermarket however, I only see "Whole wheat durum" or semolina. Is whole wheat durum good? I bought some salmon today to have with salad but enjoy pasta too.

Lots of surface area for sauce to stick to.

Book on pasta haha
With or without cheese?
I don't enjoy pasta and sauce without some mozzerella.
Durum wheat is the same as other pasta but can only legally be called that if made in a county in the North East of England.
Semolina, of course, is nothing to do with pasta and was a lumpy milky pudding served in schools until banned in the early 90s.
got me going for a minute PC
