Very uncomfortable 10 mile run had to walk(!!) twice
Realised that I'm not going to 'get away with it' for London so might actually have to do some real training
Other wise was domestic-god while girlies went shopping [pots, washing, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, delivering church notices, etc] and agreeing a sponsorship deal.
I've pumped some iron and swum a kilometre (not very elegantly because I've forgotten how to avoid inhaling the water in the pool) and taken the kids out for a run around one of their favourite haunts.
I should be full of beef and mushroom teriyaki and noodles, but marathon-training means that I'm never full. And if I start on the chocolate pudding I shall eat the entire confection.
I can just about sympathise, because I have only just stopped getting a little tight-chested after running, almost 2 months after having the teensiest imaginable dose of the cold.
i was wondering if it might be pleurisy - cos the pain is sharp and very localised - and i feel lousy too when it kicks in - anitbiotics will shift it though i guess
Sounds good, Bune. I like ballet despite my overwhelming desire to run on stage and feed the ballerinas because they're all so bony. Tinkerbell does ballet, and Angelmouse used to but is too tired after school nowadays.
If you're coming to the Hippodrome, let me know when - maybe you could fit in a stay with us.
Please whatever gods and superior beings there might be - could you just eradicate neurological diseases, please - they are the work of Beelzebub himself.
((((((((Buney)))))))))git yersel' sorted, darlin'. I have it on my recent medical notes that I officially don't have TB, so that's OK.
((little jumpy hugs for Nick))) So happy the sausage man bit! )
(((V'rap))) coz I didn't want you to feel left out! )
