    I dont see the point spending that much for headphones, just to the listen to mp3s through a phone (in the most case). I spend about £35 on some sennheiser headphones and when they eventually got gunged up went to a £10 pair of JVC. JVC fit way better and sound the same
    Headphones for hifi, now thats a different story altogether.

    I usually only go for earphones that are around £15-£20, I've never seen the point on laying out much more for them.

    Tried them a couple of years ago. I liked the idea but the sound was very tinny and completely overwhelmed by any outside noise. Any extraneous noise and you can't hear your music. And when you can hear it it sounds crap. Would be okay for listening to speech. Maybe the technology has improved on these bone conduction headphones but personally I wouldn't bother.
