Do you use Strava? And if so, why?

    I've only just joined strava in the last few days, due to seeing posts from friends on facebook using it. I am very impressed with what it brings to the table that the previous app i was using, s-health, doesn't and that is the social activity. With strava i can follow others, see their activity and them see mine, i can share detail on facebook, it tracks pb's - also show's times of other runners that may have run the same segment of road as you so you can compare. I haven't looked at what the premium side of things bring to the table yet, but once i've sorted the basic no doubt i'll have a look. I still use s-health for tracking sleep, and steps, but for running it's 100% strava from now on.

    1. the 'training log' is awesome for tracking weekly mileage
    2. most of the runners I know use it so I can get inspiration from their workouts
    3. makes my running accountable in a way to my followers
