Go for it OT - it worked for me doing that (slightly more constructively but what the hey) on another thread.
They do clean up the free cash mess from time to time, tend to have purges rather than constantly police it - you can help with that by clicking the flag symbol in any offending post and clicking "spam" - that'll also get you some contributor kudos in your journey to 3 stars
FT I'm charitying for London too, not sure I'll be in sub 4 form though. Yes, what a soggy weekend last, you did a great time in that lot. You are advancing really well.
Peterborough was very well organised. It was hammering down all day which didn't help though
A couple of friends from work ran it as well and mentioned it rained quite heavily. One of them did manage to get a new PB, though. Personally I don't mind if it's raining. Once you get over the fact it's wet then I find it quite refreshing. It's when it's warm that I tend to suffer.
You should definitely be on for a 1:55 or even better. If you're doing the marathon training that's not only going to help you get the weight off it's also going to build up your endurance where the half is not going to seem too onerous. Good luck.

I assume it's supposed to cut down on spammers, but given the amount of fake passports on offer, I suspect all it is doing is putting off new people who perhaps want to post a question but can't.
