Running in Correlejo

Going to Corralejo (fuerteventura) on Holiday in July, anyone know what the place is like for running ?

Doing the Chester Marathon in October and don't want to skip two weeks training.

    Laurence-We stayed in club aloe in march and managed to run,there was a loop down the main road then onto the prom,then a road goes round the edge of corralejo and out back towards the hotel,also if you head out toward the riu hotels theres a nice wide road you can take for a few miles each way.

    I went there years ago and what struck me was that it's really windy (didn't realize it was windsurf central at the time) but predominantly flat.

    There's a regular ferry to and from Lanzarote if you fancy a hillier run/bike ride.

    Thanks Ian5, that looks a good route. Ynnec, i noticed from the weather forecast that it is pretty windy, i'm ok with no hills :smile: thanks!
