  I did the E51 last year. Generaly speaking Eiger Ultratrail is not considered as an extremely technical trail run (by Alpine standards). On the E51 there was one exposed section but it was clearly  signposted so it was no problem to slow down and carefully walk past it. I doubt it will be much different in the E35.
