Thanks for posting - interesting.
In the summer he was probably spending more time getting changed and showering than he was actually running! Hardly even a hobby.

Probably smoked 20 Woodbine and had lard on toast each morning, too
But seriously, yep. The low volume makes his accomplishment even more impressive.
