iFit Live Module out of date... pls help!

Hi I have a NordicTrack 2012 T9.1 treadmill and the iFit module which came with it is no longer supported.
It seems like a new module is very hard to come by (one which is supported) and wondered if anyone could shed a light on this. Has iFit gone down the tubes or something?? Their website seems to be running but you can't contact them. Trust pilot shows avg. 2 stars nowadays so I'm dreading the worst, they've never been brilliant.
If I'm stuck with this treadmill with no support for the software are they any Hacks? ie a way I can still use the fuctions of ifit Live without the need for a new module?
Any help would be golden.
