Morning!
Happy birthday Hazel!
Lyrics: ...are passing by
They mean a trip to Paris or Rome
For someone else but not for me
Yesterday's were Leaving on a Jet Plane, a hit for Peter, Paul and Mary.
What: am waiting on hearing from M76
Why: he'll be waiting on the weather which is currently foul
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Meanwhile in London, the sun is shining bright!
What - easy lunchtime
Why - recovery (in work)
last rest - 14/10
last hard - last week
lyric - nope
What: 44 minutes largely off road, mainly cinder paths. Usually a long run on a Monday but may do that on Weds or Thurs.
Why: M76 only wanted to do half an hour so added a bit. Very wet and lots of puddles to avoid...or splash through. At least the wind has dropped. For now.
You speak of sun, Dustin: not sure what that is.
Yesterday's lyrics: Peter, Paul & Mary - Leaving On A Jet Plane - YouTube
Originally written and released by John Denver who had no success with it. Peter, Paul and Mary got to number one.
Maybe should have got yesterday's.
Just a longish walk here after work but good to have more light in the afternoon!
Happy Birthday Hazel, hope you're having some treats!
Good running Ale, Chick and Dustin!
Dry but a very cold wind here.
Saturday technically a rest day but stood up all day at Worcester craft market selling handmade clothes. Freezing too so lots of jumping up and down. Ached by the end of the day.
Tuesday 5 miles on trails. Lovely run despite weather.
Today handicap 5km. Set off in 31 min group and think I managed about 30 on an undulating course whilst chatting. Definitely felt much stronger than I have in ages.
Ale are you underwater yet?
Happy birthday hazel!
Have a great day all.
