Morning!
Lyrics: There’s big boats and wee boats ands all kinds of craft
Puffers and keel boats and some with no raft
With the wind in your face there’s no finer place,
Than...
Taken from the first verse. Nobody near me will be doing what the title says!
What: really don't know.
Why: the weather. Flood at the end of the road. Gale force winds: one of my windows was blown off its hinges and is propped shut. Need the wind to drop to repair it.
Yesterday's lyrics were Midnight Train to Georgia, Gladys Knight and The Pips
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

sounds bad Ale, youngest heading back today (home for a few days), she said there was local flooding
What - something
Why - sanity
last rest - 14/10
last hard - dealing with South West Rail
Got train into London (or so I thought...) - checked website and that stated all trains cancelled across the network today.
Called them to find out about trains going home. They said there are no services on the line today.
I asked them how is that possible when I physically got on one to travel in, They assured me there were no services running. So clearly I travelled 50 miles by sheer power of imagination.....
Hope everyone OK from the weather
Apologies didn't post yesterday
Did my weekly 5km yesterday 40 minutes
What 20:22 weekly! Run
Why it's 2022
Last hard the wind
Lyrics no
Only managed 2 runs last week and didn't do my 20:22 run.
Today I did made it an out and back wind still strong. 1st time it's practically even
0.81 miles out 0.81 miles back
Hazel enjoy the walking and turbo
What I won't get a run in
I think she's only jaundiced, though why they didn't sort it last week I don't know (midwife not parents)
Hope baby is ok Wabo. Definitely get her to hospital.
Good work Pammie!
Are you running home Dustin! Hope your young one gets home safely!
Just back from a 25 minute run, with photo stops to see where it is possible to run. Most of my usual routes will be inaccessible for a while I suspect. Probably take an easy week which I am probably due anyway.
Legs feel a bit battered but I think that is from decorating not running!
Wabo, hope little Margot is on the mend soon. Not nice to have them in hospital.
not bad weather here, cool and a bit windy. Just done 7m, not fast but OK.
Going to see Belfast tonight.
Hope at least imaginary trains are free, but I'll guess not!
Chick...going to see the fillm not travel there though we will be for a wedding later in the year probably!
Like the idea of the 20:22 run Pammie - might try that out myself. Not necessarily at full effort, the same distance out and back is actually an interesting variant for improving pace discipline.
Sorry to hear Margot isn't thriving Wabo - hope she picks up soon.
Ups, that looks a bit damp Ale and Chicksta. Ale definitely wins the large puddle contest though.
Enjoy the film Els.
