Lyrics: Wheear 'as ta bin sin ah saw thee
Apologies both for the song and the spelling!

What: not a lot beyond a few stretches
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

lyric - drawing another blank...
what - club session of 5 x 1200 (400 easy)
why - last full week for the London marathon kids, I'm going along for the ride...
last rest - 21/09
last hard - tonight will be interesting , legs still jaded from the weekend...
Are you doing London Dustin?
Started off in hail slightly underdressed but fortunately warmed up after first bit and had best run in ages. 8m. Still slow by most of your standards!
Off to yoga shortly.
Do you get to do the taper as well Dustin? Have a good session this evening. I mostly find time to do some running / cross training, it is the housework and now the gardening which might suffer!
Sounds like a great run Els. Well done.
Hope you will be able to do more soon Ale.
31 miles is a way to go Wabo but should be doable as long as you stick to it. Nice visit to the grandchildren yesterday?
Good mileage for you in March pammie looking back at last year.
I'm not missing marathon training either Chicksta - does feel a bit strange not to have something to work for at the moment though.
What: group (currently looking for co-runners at least)
Why: Tuesday
Last rest: 23.03.2024
lyrics: guess it might be a children's one?
Well from a good run to a terrible yoga session where I felt a bit queasy at some points, ah well can't have it all!
Well done chamolk and Dustin on the halves!
This morning did 9km. Ran to the track, ran on the track chatting, then home. All in under 54 min. So I am getting faster wahoo. Just got to keep it up without getting injured!
Ale how are you getting on now?
Off to see how far I am off 100...
Not a children's song, Hazel! Hope you find company to run with.
Thanks for asking, Emz! Had a phone call from consultant friend; he has organised two PRP injections on 4th and 18th April. Not sure what to expect, both short term and longer. Also wants me to increase protein and take a collagen supplement.
Physio Thursday pm.
Enjoy your Tuesday social, Hazel.
9k in 54mins sounds great, Emzap!
I'm kinda stuck at 6:10 / 6:15 per k shuffle pace at the moment. May up the game a bit when I'm back from the States (we're going next week).
Els: Great to hear you had a good run.
Dustin: Hope you don't get hammered too bad ...
A little over 10k done. We had frost on the ground this morning but at least the wind wasn't too bad.
Worked there for 4 months many years ago
"Lambing" snow (and hail) this morning.
Don't know lyrics
