Morning!
Lyrics: Virgil Kane is the name
And I served on the Danville train
'Till Stoneman's cavalry came
And tore up the tracks again
What: stretch and strengthen
Well done parkrunners yesterday, particularly Emz getting back under 25!
And go well marathoners!
Do hope that the op is productive, OH. Where do you have to go to?
Hope your travel went to plan, Hazel.
Dry with a cool wind here this morning.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Ale how are you feeling. Any improvement after the 2nd injection
Wabo I'd did Thurrock parkrun (Orsett heath) my nearest one.
What 2 miles
Why easy
Last hard yesterday
Lyrics nope
Edit just noticed I've now equalled last April's mileage
Catching up with some marathon TV!
Lyrics yep
Pammie I did one that way once, I think it was Thurrock, on grass and really speedy
What 6 miles solo in the forest
Why plan and marathon inspired
Last hard that was
Last rest 28 12 22
Good running
Well done yesterday's park runners. OH hope the op brings some relief. Emz - congrats on the Sub 25!
Hope chamolk is on the beers by now...
What - 16 miles early doors then about 5 hours marathon watching/tracking
Why - marafun day
last rest - 21/09
last hard - this weekend: 16 miles (longest in months) the day after a track session is just silly
lyric - don't think so
24 of my club ran London, 5 of them 6 days after Boston 3 of whom ran 2 x sub 3s. Bonkers.
Couple of club records, a host of PBs and a few first timers.
Inspired....
Sounds like a good day out for your club, Dustin! How do you get so many entries?! And a decent 16 from yourself!
Looking forwards to Chamolk reporting in!
And I believe that LMH is happy with her 3:12 with not the best of preparations. Well done if you are reading!
14 km this morning. 12 before junior parkrun then 2 with Lucas. Was meant to do another 6 this evening but I'm honestly exhausted and think the rest will be better for me than the miles.
Well done wabo on your parkrun and all others too.
Anyone heard from chamolk. All this marathon talk is making me consider Yorkshire marathon again.... Or maybe another autumn marathon. Any suggestions?
Dustin your runners are amazing
