Half of my village seems to be running. Nobody ever seems to talk to anybody else though--they just look embarrassed and grin and scuttle off!
What do they know about jogging, sorry running?
Whatever you do don't take up running because its good for you. Take it up because it might be good for you. If you hate it pack it in. Only carry on if you enjoy it.
