Cold dark and raining and that was 11am, good run though, first run since monday due to sore ankle, 1/2 mile from home was chased and jumped upon by a big stupid dog that the owner couldnt control, had to stop and walk till she caught her dog, bug****d up my time, and was going really well, never mind. Glad you enjoyed your run GS.
Very jealous, stuck in office until 17:00hrs. Already dark and drizzly. Howevever, had a good early morning run yesterday (6am) still dark, but the sky was clear, and the stars were brilliant. Even saw some poor soles already off to work, which did make me feel a little better. Glad you had a good one. Looking forward to my muddy forest run in the morning, come rain or shine.........
well, following the beautiful run I seem to have lost some motivation. Maybe it is coz it's so cold out.. or I am feeling lazy.
Anyway, rejected for FLM, but got a gold bond place. Yipppeeee I think!
If anyone would like to join me with email support that would be great. Better still, if any one is in the Halifax area, and runs about 10 min miles- maybe we could get some long runs or other training arranged. It'd be better with someone to run with.

Not only that, I was one minute faster than Monday round the same route - Hurrah! - but six seconds over my pb - Boo!
Sometimes winter days can be great lets hope saturday and sunday are the same.
I'm doing the backwards rain dance right now...
