sorry action man - i shall be glad to get round this.
Having said that any of you quickies who fancy could join us for the last few miles - that will equate to your warm down run and give us plodders some much needed support. Any takers?
Lots of other plodders going, and I have a crocked back(and am supposed to be running FLM this year!)so,shall hope to make it round, meet some of the super forum peeps, and not die on anyone.
Stopped sulking as have now received my pack - Number 1602 - very impressed with water BOTTLES - this should be a novelty and might mean I don't get sloshed feet and my usual paper cup choking fit - Ben and Heavy B. will know if we need to check in and get TShirts before starting??????? I only do these things for the freebies...

Eek, six weeks to go on Sunday....
Hope everyones training is going well.
<thud>
training not too bad but am not always managing to get my 3 runs per week done
9 miles this sunday in my schedule <gulp>
hope the training is going well.
Just wondering if there is anyone going for just under the 2 hour mark (9 min / mile) who fancies some company during it?
Not long to go now. Here's hoping for some decent weather to run in next month.
Look forward to seeing everyone there.
race number 56
hoping to come in at 1:50 -1:55

Heeeeeeeelp!
Sounds good if you want some company on the way (think it would be good to drag each other around the course).
Will look out my race number and let you know.
As you have done the race before is there a good place to meet pre-race. Let me know where and what time would be best.
1. How come everyone seems to know what number they are running under and I havent heard a thing??
2. Why am I now BEV 2????
Going to bed to sulk....
Soon the tapering will begin and the nerves will really kick into action.

so how dose a 8 stone racing snake warent a XL t-shirt???
the Bottles are great, if i remember right even have a sports top on, but not that sure about that
i WANT a big t shirt
i AM a fatie at the back
you should be a fattie at the front, well more like the back of the middle, thats were i normaly am lol
So long as the shirt is bigger than my frontage, i'll be ok.
more concerned by the prospect of 1000 water bottles at every station but a field of 2000.
but im SLOW as well
