I am running this years London Marathon and was wondering what Runners World training schedule I should follow. I completed last years marathon in 05:02 (seriously suffering in the 2nd half). Should I follow the sub-5 hour or sub-4:30 schedule this year. I think I'd be capable of sub 4:30 but maybe it's a bit too optimistic after last year. Has anyone any advice?

can it be that there are just as many crazy people out there as i think. As the cold icy nights are around me and i put on my tenth layer of clothes to brave the weather to complete my training for london, I am delighted to see more and more runners out and about on the streets. Makes me feel so much more INSANE.
