Morning Peeps!! The discussion here last night was quite serious, well VERY serious I guess when you look at it in the terms of the usual Dublin stuff!! LOL Daresay we will all be back to normal today!
Steady....glad you got a run in.... I would of been tearing myhair out if I had been 'off' as long as you!! Did 4.5 miles this morning, felt a little lazy, but good ration of being 'in-zone' so was happy....
Doctor has signed me off for the rest of the week. The drowsiness is nothing to do with the tablets, just my body's repair mechanism. Think I've been more poorly than I realised.
Got tested for diabetes too - no idea why - but got the all clear anyway.
Foot almost looks as good as new but it and ankle are still tender.
Merci pour le link (?) Soph mais c'est en Francais et je ne le comprend pas . .
. . however my resources next year will be concentrated on doing the Melbourne Marathon with my little bro who lives out there . . it'll be my 50th birthday present to myself.
Okay - need some sleep - I dozed off in the waiting room at the doc's earlier . .
Rich, glad to hear you're on the mend. These enforced rest periods are probably good for us, though a little annoying.
Italian is now clean and probably won't get used again till I next off the running! This should be in 2005 if things pan out as they usually do.
Now I am back on my feet I will bore you all with my daily runs. I feel absolutley fine and tomorrow will try my local 7 that includes Wollaton Park.
Today though it is wait in for a delivery that I missed yesterday, could be my Kevlar tyres for my normal bike (got a puncture you will recall) and clean out the fishpond filter.
Some of you may be intreagued to know that I have e mailed a certain publication in which there were pictures of my famous 5k. If they have them archived somewhere I have asked for electronic copies!
Was very serious and sensible here last night, and as you no doubt gathered Sarcythong got the 4000... Shall we start to 'run a book' on what this maybe up to by Dublin??? LOL

Glad that your leg and foot are at least feeling a little better, even if the rest of the body is still trying to catch up!!
