Katie B - I'm marshalling at the Sandy 10, nearer the time let me know what kit you're wearing and I'll make sure I give you some encouragement and spur you on.
Fetch - I may trek down to Maidenhead to run the 10, after all it is Good Friday and nothing much happens.
Now you can see who's been out training (look for the "Recent Training" panel on the left, under your Personal Bests).
And, you can examine the horizon, to see if any of your league table rivals are planning a race in the next month, with Who's Racing Where (you have to be logged in to see this).

um, ok sorry, just was looking at your training and you'd done 2 runs in two days and you had said you may step it up a bit, so i guess the next progression was two a day. i guess i put two and two together and made 13, which is not unlike me
i do like the sound of the " fairly regular plodders league" tho', i could be in that if i work at it.

I like the "who's racing where" thing too.
Good work old boy!
(Prob'ly a good thing:
McGoohan, 2.7 Miles, 2.5 hours with a stop half way for a sit down and a cornish pastie)
Unfortunately tho, on club nights I am cajoled into a frighteningly fast training pace, no time for pasties :O(
some mistake surely?
Believe me I wouldn't dream of trying to run twice a day :O
I am in no league - unless there is a "fairly regular plodders" league!

Am I infact in the wrong league after all?
