Distance is the same FC- near as. Does your schedule ask for an easy run? I bet it does. If you do a race now, the temptation is to go fast, which will surely be counter- productive to your marathon taper.
I'm down to do the Darrent Valley this Sunday, but I may bottle it in favour of getting in a long run. My running has been a bit sporadic in the last few weeks and I'm keen to get back on track.
