Well done RB on getting your quality piccie loaded again.
We should make this a special week whereby everyone involved in the FLM Running/Supporting thingy, posts a proper likeness of themselves to make life easier for everyone involved.
Have been looking for a thread like this on the URWFRC forum for weeks and here you all are lurking on this one!
Just to let you know I will be at Mudchute on Sunday. Am getting the first train in out of the sticks which I hope will get me to mile 18 at about 9:30am so will be able to assist in setting things up or whatever needs doing. Would also like to add my thanks to Ashley, SB and anyone else involved for all their obvious hard work.
Fraggle and JJ, on the subject of paper bags for sweets a few pages back, how about going to Tesco or other supermarkets and pinching a load of those paper bags they supply for the mushrooms? If we all pick up a few, we should have loads.
Finally, all the best to all those running, especially those doing it for the first time. If you get even half the enjoyment out of it that I did last year, you'll have a truly memorable day.
Jon, what are you on about non alcoholic picnic? Picnic yes, but I will certainly be drinking. Not sure what yet but a few cans of bitter will certainly be brought, after all if the runners are drinking gin, lager, cider and battery Acid (KP you did want the bateries opened didn't you?), then I think us supporters should be entitled to partake in the odd tiple, after all we have to keep the vocal cords well lubricated don't we!
Mr Regards the loos, I found the doorstep of Natwest Bank in Docklands to be quite conveniant and sheltered, after all my bank manager is always complaining that I really ought to make a deposit more often...

Any fairly secluded spot there (to pee) ? And, indeed, on the course as a whole - every 5 miles or so for me from past experience.
