Zilla, that sounds fine, I am doing a 3hr/1hr at low intensity but its what fits for me so I didn't originally put what 'I' am doing. If it feels OK, then just make sure you don't do so hard a ride you need a whole day to recover.
lol @ pebble, and the 3 and 1 is where you will hopefully start to see the improvements you are making, fresh legs this time of the taper and even though you are not pushing, its amazing what a difference the freshness makes

Doing my calf raises on the bottom stair with a glass of wine in one hand and then had a little snigger at what I was doing!

today just got in from work - shagged - & missed pool - very cranky 13.5 hour day - not funny
tomorrow i have something in the evening but will run from work.

I have only done 3.30 hours this week due to a course/work thingy but I have done 30 mins of pilates each night .... I hope it pays off
