Been looking throught RW Guide To Running book and the intemediate 10K running programme (page 258 if you have a copy). Could someone please explain to me what a 10-10 session is?????
Thanks for your suggestions so far. The book actually decribes 10-10 as follows 'your trg will include weekly 10-10 sessions as tempo work, along with a mix of intervals and uphill running'. In the trg schedule it has the session down as 2miles, 1-2 x 10-10, 2 miles? Thanks for your help and suggestions so far!

10 x 1 min fast, 1 min slow?
- 2 miles warm up.
- 1 to 2 efforts of 10 mins tempo pace and 10 mins recovery pace.
- 2 miles warm down.
Is all the book this cryptic.
