Good news from me too... my 2nd wound is starting to heal up - pray people pray that it's solid by the 13th Nov when I go to see the surgeon again - she'll deffo give me the go ahead to start running - I can feel it. Spin was tough last night but I can feel myself up for it so am going to get cracking with 3 spin's a week and 2 decent CV sessions.. thinking that I will continue doing the light weights as well... start as we mean to go on!!

I'm back from Spin.. god that was a true killer.. I was pretty tierd this afternoon and thought about not going - but I know me too well.. and it's need to make the effort time!! So I went - bloody hell - tough after last night
