Well I'm feeling much better after a few hours sleep although I was feeling fairly terrible this morning.

Off to the gym now then out to Windsor for the evening.

I tried sleeping this afternoon but managed about half an hour and then got restless, it's the heat! I still feel so zonked though and won't have a late one tonight.
