just had a look at your blog
did you really not know how penicillin was discovered?
i thought that was general knowledge
it is not the whole story though - there were other people working with him and it was not quite as random as it is portrayed
also, there was another group working in the US who also made the discovery
so it's by no means clear that it was discovered by Flemming in a room in st Mary's medical school
er, i cant rememeber exzackery
but it used to be a diet thread
then we ddecided to be more positive about ourselves

PH - I do post sometimes... to be honest I lurked on this thread just to see if I could shed any light on the fff mystery that was giving me sleepless nights (well, OK, so that bit's not quite true!). Never got anywhere with figuring it out though!
We then went back to Mombasa via Nairobi and spent a couple of weeks on the coast North of Mombasa and took in a few trips
sleepless nights eh;))
Mrs wild will has picked out about 5 races she wants to do this year
