SB training has gone okay, how about you? I am planning on running a sub 4.25 marathon, just hope its not going to be too warm. Off to do a light speed session with the club tonight and then its about 6 miles on Saturday and not that much next week apart from leading beginners at jog scotland.
I hate tapering and don't want to read about other folks injury problems and chest infections and stuff.
