For those wot want to lose weight.
I'm trying to get down to my racing weight, which is the other side of 11 stone. I'm currently a month into dieting and have got down to 12st5lbs from 13st2lbs.
Who's with me?

wickett - it's true. I was properly lardy. 'Clinically Obese', if you follow the BMI ratings. Started losing weight in April 2003, took up running in the July, and was down to 11st by the following summer. Strangely, I seemed to get an awful lot of PBs around that time...
It's crept back on over time, as I've taken my running less seriously, but I want to more competitive at triathlons now. And I want to fit into all my clothes by Christmas.

Can I join you guys - I'm not in the lardy zone but I'd like to get to my 'racing weight' from earlier in the year.
