  There is alot of feedback on the actual Malta Marathon website itself - I had a look as i have been going to Malta for the last 8 years for my hols and fancied having a go at the half myself.  Check out the comments/feedback.  Knowing the area and route - It will be predominently down hill with a few gentle climbs about mid way.  Biggest problem will be traffic and crap running surfaces.  Run there every year whilst on holiday - its a great place with fab people and in March the weather will be pleasant but not hot.
