LOL! Maz and Chaz (the kids), well Gaz too if we're talking big kids!
They are fine and just had their birthday's, exactly a week apart! Flipping knackering but at least that's over for another year! Except Christmas is starting as usual in the shops and Maddy has alreay started constructing her Crimbo list! She was only born yesterday right? They grow up so fast!
Hello everyone, quite a reunion we have going here now. Yes, I'm doing very well thanks Nicko.
Kingston - tempting, but oh-so-not-tempting - the whole point of my trip back to London is the Saturday night out, there is no way I'll be making an early start for a race that day. Shame though.
Only 2.5 days of work left before my holiday begins.... bring it on
Hello FR (aka Ian if I'm not mistaken, which I may well be after all these years!)
V'Rap lovely to see you about, I remember meeting you at Reading 2003, the 1/2 I never ran... Ok I have never ran any 1/2, but that's beside the point...
Wolfy! I thought the ring of fire was in the pacific! Phaal, are you sure!
Moomoo/TL, we probably can't make it either, but hopefully see you at some other event.
And JJ! Thought we might see you today at the Sittingbourne 10, but no. Gaz is still working in the same place, but another building, so he can't wave to you anymore... bless... I'm sure we will see you soon as Gaz is warming up the local race calendar! I may even get out there running, but then pigs might fly... well I can try!
Hi V, glad to hears alls well, are you still as quick as you were when we saw you at Brighton a few years ago, think it was 36' something for 10K ? hope you've slowed down a bit since then !
Sorry that we're probably not going to be able to make it on friday, would of been good. btw, for what its worth i think you should have it at the SJT, and it's got to be the table in the corner. Hopefully we can make it next time.
Actually did a race yesterday, that's 2 in 18months, well you have to take it easy when you get to my age
All the best.
Johnny J, yep i've moved buildings and also been shifted to the back to stop me waving out of the window to passing runners good to see all's well with you, noticed you did the eridge 10 last month so you must be in good shape? i keep saying that i will do that race, maybe next year. Are you running Maidstone 1/2 in a couple of weeks ?
