Any info/help please?
I'm in the good for age start at this years FLM. And looking at the magazine it dosnt show any baggage lorry, toilets or changing areas! you also have to use the blue start tube stations. Do we use one of the other areas then go into the good for age area or are they just not marked on the magazine?
One last thing, is there any one else here that is down for this start, if so how many are going for sub3?.
Sorry if this topic has been covered else where.if so can you point me to it. Thanks.

Thanks for that GD, but the red GFA square has its own A (access) so do we use the amenities in the read area? Does this make sense or is it me just getting confused?
Are you out of this start?
GFA in my dreams no am just a magazine obsessive!
It looked to me like it had its own facilities? am sure you can check with someone at the expo?
That was my plan, but thought I'd see if any one on here knows.
So what start you out of and what time you looking for?
I've been wondering about facilities such as bag drop and loos in the 'fast good for age start' . The magazine doesent show any for the Red GFA square. If the bag drop lorry is in the main red area then why ask us to use the tube station for blue start. I was also going to ask at the expo.
I'm going for a sub 3 time, assuming conditions on the day are not to hot. Hopefully 2:55 ish.
Owen.. I hear that there could well be a sub 3 pacer at the red start, I might well hitch a ride myself.
Hi Wardi, how you doing? nice to see your going for sub3 again this year. Hope we can run a few miles together again. This time 4 mins faster.
Not really worrying just starting to taper and now all there is to do is start think of trivial things.
OH, whats your PB for FLM? I did 3:04 last year. 2:59:59 will do me fine
GD, stick at it I've only been at it for 3 years. I'm almost 42. We can get faster.
Yes I had a slight name change. Hope I can live up to it this year. Hows your training going?
Marathon PB was FLM last year at 2:50:24. Had one of those days when everything just went right and training up to it had gone well also. Year before was 3:03 so your 4 mins is certainly possible. Not sure I'm in the same form this year but will no doubt fine out soon!!!
